Wonderful front desk staff! Super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. The room was as expected in Europe but I got a queen bed which made it perfect. Bed was very comfy, shower had good pressure and temperature. Lots of toiletries. Breakfast buffet is offered but I did not get a chance to take advantage of it. The area was safe and well lit. There is a nightclub next door which i could not hear even with my windows opened. Can't wait to visit again such a great stay here!

We visited in March. We absolutely love this hotel! Very clean, staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this place. Centrally located, comfortable room with a wonderful terrace. Hotel is spotless and once again, I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff are.

We have just spent 3 completely enjoyable days in Madrid staying at this superbly located. The hotel and bedroom is spotless, stylish and comfortable. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Very helpful, always smiling. I can not praise them highly enough. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel, the staff and the location.

Style over substance and rooms not great

The hotel is average. The staff are few and far between, but those that are there genuinely are trying to help. The room that we were allocated was really quite small and although the outside temperature in February was about 15° the room was more like 25 for some reason and uncomfortably warm. But even so they only run heating and air-conditioning cooling on Winter. This meant that we had to keep the window open all the time which added noise and interrupted sleep. We did have a significant issue when we checked in, a previous guest put a plastic shower cap over the smoke detector, it was the first thing that I saw when we went into the room but clearly staff had missed it. This it’s a major violation, but upon my complaint it was rectified straightaway. I do believe they recognised the significance and they apologised for the oversight, so hey ho, everybody makes . The main issue in the room was the water pressure for the shower, which really was poor. I’m afraid this hotel is more style over substance, despite the staff doing their best I wouldn’t go back.

"Regrettably, my recent stay at this establishment left me profoundly disheartened, particularly in terms of the value it purported to provide. At an exorbitant rate nearing 500 Euros per night (!!!!), the offering was reduced to a most rudimentary standard room, conveniently situated in close proximity to the elevators, with a "view" that comprised little more than an uninspiring building facade. Having traversed various lodgings across the globe, I am seldom inclined to allocate such extravagant sums for an evening's repose, and yet, never before have I encountered an experience so dismaying. My fervent resolve is to eschew any future sojourn here, and I wholeheartedly implore others to exercise judicious caution before contemplating a stay."
